I called in and was put on hold. 15 minutes is the exact time I was on hold! They picked up the phone, only to hang it up while I walked through their door. I intended on ordering pizza and picking it up on my way home. I didn't think they would not come back to phone. I am a repeat customer who has ordered many, many times since they've first opened. Here recently however, either they won't answer the phone, pick up and put you on hold to never return, or when you do order a pizza it's not the best. It used to be really good, but now I feel like the staff just doesn't care about quality or customer service. I keep ordering out of convenience, however I'm thinking more and more of not ordering again. I like the place and the owner, but the food and service varies from time to time and you never know what you are going to get.

Stopped in for lunch and had the best oriental chicken salad. Everything was fresh and looked amazing. Price was very reasonable too. Staff was amazing!

Overall the food and service was good. The pizza was decent but nothing to go crazy about. Their meatballs were absolutely delicious, so I definitely recommend you try those. I was surprised they delivered so far from their location. That’s definitely a big plus in my book. The delivery driver was very polite and fast. Would I order from there again? Yes!

It's been awhile since I visited here but I remember the experience being great, as was the food so... recommended if it can leave that kind of impact!
